Technical Service Engineer – Bogota, Colombia

Perform field service activities including installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, technical support, and service training for customers and distributors in Colombia and other Spanish‑speaking LATAM regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of service order tasks in our system in compliance with the current SLA policy.
• Monitor technical customer complaints, escalates issues to the appropriate stakeholders and follows up until closure.
• Create technical service quotations and manage spare parts orders.
• Monitor spare parts safety stock levels and consumption, and prepare and submit replenishment orders with the Import department.
• Ensure organization and maintenance of the service workshop following 5S principles.
