Overview

Lead the LATAM TechHub (two agile teams, approximately 20 FTEs) ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery of regional customizations on global platforms. The role is accountable for engineering execution excellence, operational discipline, governance adherence, and team performance management. Alignment with global product roadmaps and architecture standards is essential while driving continuous improvement, transparency, and cost-effective operations within the regional OPEX budget. This role does not own product strategy or enterprise architecture but is fully accountable for delivery performance and team effectiveness.

Responsibilities
