If you are willing to answer very rare holidays and weekends, we pay an extra commission of BRL 50 each for going above and beyond. All salaries and commissions can be pegged to USD to counter inflation.
Any downtime outside of this not busy support schedule will be dedicated to developing your technical skills, research, and data entry related tasks related to our internal products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot, document and refine internal processes
- Perform product-related research
- Assist with operational data activities
- Update and maintain the relevant, internal systems
**Requirements**:
- Computer literate
- Experience using MS Teams and Jira
- Experience or willingness to learn to read technical documentation
- Have access to consistent internet via computer and mobile phone
