Bachelor's degree FINISHED in computer science, electronic engineering or information technology.
English Advance level C1 B2 ADVANCE
At least one year of experience in information technology technical support.
Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Zscaler, Microsoft Intune, Ms Visio, Okta, Smartview, Ms Project, MS Sharepoint, VPN Checkpoint, Adobe Acrobat, MS Team, Zoom, WebEx.
Basic experience in Cisco technology: Router **** series, Switches Catalyst **** series, Videoconference Cisco Bar pro and Quad camera model.
Basic experience in HP desktops hardware model latitude 840, Zbook model 11, Dell Pro Micro desktop and Dell pro Laptop
