Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Developer / Dev Lead to join the ESD project team. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on technical leader with strong AWS cloud‑native development experience, distributed systems expertise, and the ability to quickly gain deep knowledge of existing enterprise systems.

This role requires someone who can take ownership, lead by example, mentor team members, and help establish a collaborative and scalable engineering culture. The candidate should be technically strong while also promoting knowledge sharing, documentation, and teamwork.
