We are hiring one Remote Operations Manager to help us coordinate and grow that team.
WHAT THE ROLE IS
This is a contractor role on our operations side. You will be responsible for the growth, health, and productivity of a regional segment of our remote contractor workforce — onboarding new contractors, supervising their workflow, ensuring productivity, and resolving day-to-day issues.

• Operations and team management: onboard new remote contractors, supervise active members, ensure productivity, escalate technical or workflow issues, run light retention.
