Lead and mentor the Client Advisor team at the Oakridge store, assisting the Store Manager with day to day operations while maintaining a strong personal client business to deliver an elevated luxury retail experience.
Responsibilities
Assist Store Manager with daily management and mentoring of sales team
Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Store Manager or Store Operations Manager
Lead by example on sales floor and provide ongoing coaching to Client Advisors
Perform keyholder duties including opening and closing the store
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained with store leadership
Conduct weekly meetings to review sales projections and develop staff performance
Resolve internal and external conflicts and support sales team with client interactions
