Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with safety rules, labor code, and the company's EH&S policy.
Organize and supervise interventions of a team of 3 to 4 technicians and subcontractors.
Participate in working groups with stakeholders from client services (Maintenance, Methods, Production, EH&S).
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor performance, and improve equipment reliability.
Contribute to improving equipment to increase availability rates.
Provide reporting in the CMMS tracking system.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic and electrical failures.
Develop an intervention plan based on diagnostics.
