About the role: An exciting opportunity to lead and develop staff in a multidisciplinary team The Police Psychology Unit is a dynamic team of allied health leaders and clinicians whose role is to support, enhance and develop the psychological wellbeing of Victoria Police employees. The team works to ensure that Victoria Police members and public service staff are well equipped to manage the varied psychological demands of their roles. To support this important work, the organization requires the Unit to have experienced clinical staff with a diverse skill set of clinical and organizational skills.
