Team Lead – Compliance Operations
Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the Compliance Operations team.
Act as a brand ambassador for Checkout.com’s operating principles (Talk Straight, One Team, Fundamentally Positive), establishing a high‑trust, high‑performance culture from day one.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting clear goals and expectations for team members.
Track and analyze team performance metrics to ensure compliance with established standards and objectives and be responsible and accountable for driving the team’s performance.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly team performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
