About the Role This team lead position will have the opportunity to help develop a North America team to support the Canada Market Unit (MU) level reinsurance operations.
Focusing on key operational metrics, you will drive performance and excellence, stakeholder engagement, and team development while ensuring strong governance, data quality, and service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing.
Build strong partnerships with underwriting, finance, and claims stakeholders.
Identify and drive opportunities for digitization, automation, and process simplification.
Support the rollout and stabilization of new services and delivery models in North America.
