Directly responsible to the shift Supervisor of Fabrication/Packing. Communicates and collaborates with the other team leads & department supervisors to keep orders on time. Functionally responsible with all members of the fabrication & packing teams concerning day to day fabrication & packing activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all team members are working safely & report any unsafe conditions or incidents to shift supervisor
• Start each shift on time and ensure all team members are present
• Ensure all team members are assigned jobs at shift start and throughout the shift
• Follow the fabrication and packing WIP reports each shift by due date
• Ensure all team members are performing quality checks / inspection as required
• Oversee staging of material according to the required location, re stock, Fab, packing, shipping, shunt, etc
