Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites with necessary materials, tools, and equipment according to work orders.
• Ensure the quality of materials and the working condition of tools and equipment before commencing work.
• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck and conduct pre-use inspections.
• Load and unload trucks, delivering materials and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Complete schedule 1 inspections and daily driving logs.
• Record usage information upon job completion and update work order sheets.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels during staging and de-staging, notifying the Operations Manager of low stock.
• Manage inventory changes in inventory management software daily.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory of diamonds and materials.
• Retrieve material and sundry orders from vendors when necessary.
