We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Team Lead, Occupational Safety & Health to play a pivotal role in strengthening our safety culture across the fleet.

In this influential role, you will be a key member of the Safety team, leading Regional Safety Officers and working closely with operational leaders to ensure consistent, practical, and compliant safety practices across the organization. This position is well-suited for a hands-on safety professional who thrives in complex operational environments, enjoys mentoring others, and is driven to continuously improve workplace health and safety.
