In this position, you will lead, assign, and evaluate tasks performed by a team of technicians. Your role will also involve training on coach maintenance and ensuring that all service practices are thoroughly documented. Strong communication skills are paramount in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee service technician operations • Monitor work quality and performance • Train team members on maintenance procedures • Facilitate communication among shop staff • Assist with additional duties when needed
Requirements: • Mechanical experience is required • Experience leading teams is a must • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Valid 310T or Red Seal certification
