Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of bookkeeping associates to ensure operational excellence.
Review financial statements, reconciliations, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure the timely delivery of all bookkeeping tasks and maintain high-quality standards.
Handle direct client communication and resolve complex accounting issues.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives within the department.
Train and mentor junior staff to support professional development.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in US bookkeeping or accounting outsourcing.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, and US GAAP.
Proven experience in team leadership or reviewing the work of others.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
