Description We're seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our Brazil TCEE (Technology, Consumer Electronics & Entertainment) team, owning end-to-end relationships with high-value 3P sellers across categories including Wireless, Home Entertainment, PC, Video Games, and Electronics. This role combines deep category expertise with consultative seller management to drive GMS growth, improve selection and price competitiveness, and accelerate channel optimization (FBA, Seller Flex, Easy Ship) for strategic accounts.
You'll manage a portfolio of top-performing and high-potential sellers, developing tailored growth strategies that align seller capabilities with Amazon's marketplace priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, category knowledge in consumer electronics, and the ability to influence sellers toward operational excellence while navigating complex cross-functional challenges (compliance, fulfillment, pricing).
