Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Taxonomist and Knowledge Architect to join the Information Architecture team within the oCXO Fan Intelligence group. You will be a strategic partner to our Franchise Analytics teams. You will design and advocate for architecture solutions that improve how we deliver insights. These insights are for campaign planning and executive decision‑making across marketing and customer experience. You will bridge the gap between traditional library science and modern data engineering. You have a curious mindset and are comfortable explaining semantic relationships to stakeholders and writing utility scripts to automate metadata pipelines. We ask that you be a proactive problem solver who understands how data structures drive business value in a high‑scale environment.
