Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst, Tax with a strong focus on tax compliance and garnishment administration. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll tax laws and experience with Ceridian Dayforce. Salary: Starting at $70,000 per year. Immediate open position.

Tax Compliance

• Accurately calculate, report, and remit federal, state, and local payroll taxes in accordance with applicable laws.
• Stay informed about changes in tax legislation, IRS regulations, and state/local tax codes; proactively update payroll systems to maintain compliance.
• Assist with payroll tax audits by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries from government agencies promptly and accurately.
