Reporting to the Retail Manager - Operations, the Task Team Outfitter is responsible for executing visual merchandising plans, planograms, and flyer/ad sets on the sales floor.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support visual merchandising for assigned areas including fixture replacement, updating signage, updating end caps, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and prep and setup of merchandise for ads + Perform resets for assigned departments when required + Assist with merchandise purges when assigned + Perform replenishment tasks across departments including filling, folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, hanging, and locating items + Assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions when working on the Sales floor during store open hours + Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications:**
+ Two or more years’ experience in merchandising is preferred + High school diploma or equivalent
