Our Leamington based client, the fastest growing bio-control company in North America, is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Talent Hunter to join their dynamic team. This individual will perform outbound hunting for executive and technical talent throughout North America. Successful candidates will demonstrate a great deal of emotional intelligence, outstanding communication skills, exceptional resourcefulness and passion. This company currently has just over 50 employees and are hoping to have more than 250 in the next 5 years in both Canada and the United States. Duties:
Influencing and persuading technical and executive personnel who say they are happy where they are working - avid outbound hunting
Identifying and prioritizing wealth-generating positions/roles in the company
Creating and maintaining redundancies for all roles, especially critical roles
Reviewing and analyzing employees' productivity data
