We are currently seeking a professional and organized Talent Coordinator to work within our influencer talent agency division to assist in representing and managing the careers of various social media influencers.
Responsibilities
Assist in discovering and signing influencers looking for business management.
Analyze social platform algorithms and metrics to develop effective content strategies that drive engagement and revenue.
Collaborate with the Creative and Talent teams to execute content ideas, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting timelines.
Provide creative input and insights to internal teams and clients, pitching ideas as needed.
Continuously improve content strategies and best practices.
Organize and update tracking systems, client rosters, pitch decks, and other relevant materials.
