We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our team at HUB Customer Central (HCC) in Windsor, ON. The role offers in‑office, hybrid, or fully remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for specialized and technical positions at individual contributor and management levels.
Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including online job boards, direct sourcing, referrals, and hiring events.
Build and maintain a continuously updated pipeline of diverse candidates.
Assist in designing behavioral interview tools and coaching hiring teams.
Leverage recruiting technology and recommend new tools to enhance efficiency.
Partner with business leaders to prioritize diversity and inclusion in hiring.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information and support a matrix organization’s dynamics.
