Full cycle recruitment experience in product roles (ideally agency and inhouse) with high volume (20+ reqs on at a time)
Stakeholder management experience - experience dealing with senior stakeholders who may be challenging/demanding - strong communication/influencing skills vital
Ability to prioritise workload when working high volumes that will include complex cases roles (roles that need sourcing, immigration, working with total rewards etc)
Nice to have: Workday experience (Applicant tracking system)
Extensive experience in product recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product-focused positions within both corporate and agency environments.
