The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services sector recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver top talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for direct-hire positions in Japan, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Market Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the Japanese IT services market to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
