About This Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: define needs, post vacancies, source candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate and onboard.
  • Conduct market studies and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices.
  • Use technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and the candidate experience.
  • Design and implement candidate generation strategies while building a talent pipeline.
  • Participate in strategic talent acquisition projects (e.g., employer branding, process improvement).
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company image.
  • Analyze performance indicators and propose recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
