Sourcing: Help develop sourcing pools for various functions (Sales, GTM, Engineering) by identifying potential candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
Stakeholder Partnership: Shadow senior recruiters in meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs and learn how to define ideal candidate profiles.
Candidate Experience: Act as a DiliTrust ambassador, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates through timely communication and coordination.
