Full cycle recruiting for professional positions in Chile, ensuring attraction and hiring of top talent, meeting LATAM SLAs and KPIs.
Collaborate with TA team and South Cone Leader on regional project deployment.
Develop relationships with universities and participate in job portals, forums, fairs to promote PepsiCo's employer brand.
Maintain productive relations with stakeholders including hiring managers and HR partners to foster communication.
Provide training and support on TA KPIs and processes according to LATAM guidelines.
Assist in selection processes for frontline operational levels in Chile.
