In collaboration with the Manager,Talent Acquisition, the advisor will be responsible for talent acquisition activities and follow‑ups for Transat operations.
Carry out all steps of the talent acquisition process (intake meetings, pre‑screening, interviews, candidate follow‑up, pre‑employment checks, job offers, etc.);
Build strong partnerships with managers and HR business partners to support their recruitment needs;
Advise managers, among other things, in assessing candidates and making hiring decisions;
Propose and implement talent attraction and acquisition strategies while staying up to date on market trends;
Contribute to various continuous improvement projects and talent acquisition initiatives;
Draw the attention of active and passive candidates through formal and informal networks, and maintain relationships with potential candidates to develop a pipeline;
