The Talent Acquisition Advisor supports DA's hiring efforts by delivering consistent, high-quality recruitment across roles and regions. Sitting within the People Team, this role focuses on proactive sourcing, coordination with hiring managers, and ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly from initial brief through to offer.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing hand-on sourcing with stakeholder coordination, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable operating in a fast-growing, global organization. Based in Brazil, the Talent Acquisition Advisor works closely with colleagues across regions and contributes to broader organizational priorities.
