Directing employees to perform to the standards of Paladin's policies and procedures
Ensuring employees have and retain knowledge of the site operations
Ensuring their team is made aware of and understand any Paladin issued memo/announcement
Ensuring contractual obligations are met - such as no time loss on site. Addressing lateness, absences, and covering shifts as needed
Responding to all emergencies; taking command of the situation
Ensuring the health and safety of staff as it pertains to training on Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and reporting any incidents that occur during their shift
