Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver Montessori lessons in accordance with the curriculum and the needs of each child.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating Montessori environment.
• Observe and assess students' development, documenting progress and adjusting lessons as needed.
• Foster respectful and positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
