About the job Systems Analyst (BMC ITSM)

Systems Analyst Requirements (Must meet at least 3 of the following): Must Have Secert Clearence

Hands-on experience with Remedy development , CMDB , or Digital Workplace (DWP) .

Strong familiarity with troubleshooting and making minor modifications in Digital Workplace Catalog and DWP.

Experience installing or patching BMC ITSM suite components (ARS, AI, CMDB, ITSM, RKM, SLM), including Smart IT and DWP/DWPC (v20.x and newer).

Experience configuring data within the BMC ITSM ecosystem across all major modules.

Ability to install, configure, and make minor updates to Smart Reporting .

Skilled in reviewing Remedy workflows using Dev Studio , troubleshooting performance issues, enabling logs, and performing root-cause analysis.

Ability to run key BMC utilities (post-DB copy updates, foundation ...
