In this role, you will:
• Provide production support for critical applications , ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Shell scripting, and Ansible.
• Monitor and support application deployments, configurations, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to applications, middleware, and Co-ordinate with infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
• Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Adhere to ITIL framework best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
