Support application systems and provide first line assistance to end users
Identify problem nature and effectively communicate with vendors’ support
Facilitate user requirement collections and system analysis
Understand user’s business needs and document resulting operation workflow
Articulate and support technical solutions integrated and implemented in a Cloud environment

Requirements
University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
