The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the IoT and/or physical security technology industries, have in-depth experience with networking and IT services, and have hands‑on experience across the entire software lifecycle—from presales and deployment to support and client training. This role demands a deep understanding of device integration, networking, technical documentation, and troubleshooting, as well as a passion for delivering high‑quality, client‑focused solutions.

• Deployments & Installs: Lead and execute installation and configuration of IPFusion software, ensuring seamless integration with devices & systems.
