Full‑time, regular position in IT Services – ICT Infrastructure.
Hours: 40 hours per week (1 hour lunch each day); Mon – Fri 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
Reports to: Manager, Data Centre and Infrastructure. Campus Location: Oshawa.
Responsibilities
Provide third‑level support for all UNIX/Linux & Windows servers, Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure, data centre infrastructure, and systems monitoring/management infrastructure support.
Manage projects to completion, including requirements determination, documentation, planning, technical solutions, implementation strategy, and deployment, in accordance with IT Services standards and procedures.
Ensure service levels are met with a focus on customer service, through excellent communication, follow‑up, system stability, and compliance with ITIL best practices.
