About Us

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SWC Inspector to support quality assurance efforts across our Service Wire Center (SWC) projects in California, covering the counties of Plumas, Lassen, Pacer, Colusa, and Sonoma. The role plays a critical function in ensuring all aerial drop installations, primarily residential fiber drops, meet Frontiers quality and documentation standards. The inspector will also review active BSW tickets, verify completed work, coach field crews when necessary, and ensure that accurate documentation is submitted for project closeouts. This is a field-heavy role, adecuado for someone with experience in both aerial and underground fiber construction, who knows what a clean install looks like and can enforce standards without cutting corners.
