Project Ownership & Strategic Direction: Own and lead the overall IsoMetrix project plan across the company, including timeline, scope, resourcing, and risk management. Act as the primary liaison with the IsoMetrix vendor
Stakeholder Alignment & Decision-Making: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, H&S, Environment, Operations) to align on goals, standards, and system design
Change Management & Communication: Lead change management strategy and communications across the organization. Ensure leaders and end users understand the “why,” and are equipped to engage with the new system
