The Sustainability Manager will lead the implementation of KDP’s responsible sourcing and impact strategies in the company’s coffee supply chain. This means ensuring suppliers comply with our standards on social, environmental, and ethical practices and partnering with suppliers for positive impact aligned to our goals and commitments. This position will play a strategic role in advancing regenerative agriculture and farmer livelihoods, increasing supplier engagement, and supporting due diligence efforts to align with corporate sustainability policies and international regulations. The role will also leverage industry partnerships and frameworks like the Global Coffee Platform (GCP) to assess supplier compliance, promote continuous improvement, and drive alignment with globally recognized sustainability standards. This role will work in close relationships with our Enterprise Sustainability Team.
