Within a team of surveyors, you will perform high‑precision measurements for the metrology and alignment of components installed in the accelerators, their beam transfer lines and physics experiments throughout CERN.
Perform metrology measurements at all stages of the assembly of accelerator components using laser tracker technology.
Carry out the alignment of various components throughout the CERN complex.
Perform as‑built measurements of tunnels and buildings using the laser scanner technology.
Take part in the in‑house software test validation, provide feedback to improve the survey field procedures, methods and software.
Perform the calibration, checking and testing of survey instrumentation and accessories.
