Leads and executes projects from initiation through delivery by coordinating, supervising, and directing survey project team(s) and strengthening ongoing client relationships.
Assists in reviewing and negotiating contracts and contract amendments to manage and mitigate risks; analyzes and communicates risks and potential financial losses with supervisor.
Participates in proposal development and project interviews; learns how to lead project pursuits in coordination with the regional Business Development Manager.
