Essential Duties Include The Following
Prepares monthly surplus lines submissions for assigned states.
Reconciles tax reports to the general ledger and prepares payment and correcting journal entries for assigned states.
Prepares quarterly, semiannual, or annual surplus lines tax reports for assigned states.
Prepares surplus lines tax accounts monthly reconciliation and coordinates with data control to correct any set-up, programming, or downloading errors.
Prepares stamping fee invoices and submission for payment.
