Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Leads the implementation of an all-encompassing, data-driven sales strategy that utilizes sales reports, customer analytics, market intelligence, and competitive landscape knowledge to inform the adoption of successful sales strategies, models, and sales management systems. Directs workflow of programs that enhance sales team capabilities and addresses sales development needs by leading and maintaining sales department training programs, process optimizations, customer support programs, and incentive and compensation administration.
