Full-Time Schedule: Looking for a provider to work 4 weeks/month (5x8s or 4x10s), Monday-Friday.
Team Structure: Work alongside 3 surgeons and 3 other PAs. The team typically runs 2 OR rooms with 2-3 cases per day.
Clinical Focus: Primarily Cardiac Surgery OR first assisting and endoscopic vein harvesting (Vasoview/Maquet). Cases include adult cardiac surgery: CABG, AVR, MVR, and Aorta. No thoracic or transplant cases.
Call Coverage: Call is typically 1 weeknight per month (6 PM - 6 AM) for emergency OR cases. Weekend call involves rounding until finished, then on call from off-campus. Residents take primary c...
