Job Description:
**Job Overview**
Responsible for managing human and material resources, driving continuous improvement in processes, increasing production standards, and reducing scrap. Promotes teamwork, manages training and employee motivation to achieve company objectives. Ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, 5S standards, and delivers safety and hygiene awareness talks. Ensures personnel comply with manufacturing-established methods to measure and control processes.
**What your background should look like**
Engineering degrees* and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Manufacturing industry experience. 0–3 years of experience.
