About the Role
:Mears Group provides housing and care services across the UK, with a strong focus on supported living. We’re currently looking for Support Workers in Macduff and nearby areas to join our team.
In this role, you’ll help people live independently by supporting them with daily tasks, personal care and social activities at home and in the community. You’ll be part of a caring team that treats every individual with respect and compassion.
No two days are the same, and you’ll find real reward in making a difference to someone’s life. Because of the rural location, a full UK driving licence is preferred.
Key Criteria:
Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing
Support with personal care, hygiene and medication
Assist with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning and shopping
Help individuals maintain daily routines and develop life skills<...
