As a Support Analyst - Boomi Platform, you'll be responsible for:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and support integration requirements across Customer Support, Logistics, Digital Commerce, and Marketing
Working closely with Applications Development teams, DBAs, Automation Engineers, Analytics teams, and upstream/downstream solution delivery teams to provide technical assistance and resolve integration and business issues
Managing, monitoring, sustaining, troubleshooting, and supporting existing integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform and related peripheral systems
Supporting the design and maintenance of service-oriented, discoverable web services and APIs
Assisting in the operation and support of enterprise integrations related to customer service, sales, marketing, B2B commerce, EDI, logistics, and distribution.
