Job Description

The Supply Chain Supervisor at the Ontario Distribution Centre (ODC) will play a crucial role in supporting the Supply Chain Manager by overseeing daily transportation and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, and achieving performance targets. This role combines operational and supervisory responsibilities, aiming to maintain high service levels through effective management and collaboration with the team and stakeholders. The Supply Chain Supervisor will primarily focus on optimizing day-to-day transportation activities to meet and exceed set performance objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure secure, accurate, and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods using FIFO/FEFO and inventory reconciliation best practices.
• Design and implement standardized processes and documentation to maintain compliance with industry, quality control, and audit requirements.
