Role Requirements

Priority Experience

• Indigenous engagement experience weighted more heavily than supply chain technical skills – the team can teach systems but not relationship dynamics
• Ideal candidate has worked with Indigenous nations and their businesses in BC , particularly with economic development offices and leadership
• Experience in Alberta Indigenous communities acceptable but BC relationships preferred
• Candidates who are Indigenous themselves receive preference

Technical Requirements

• 7+ years experience minimum (more is better)
